She was supportive, listened to all of my questions and concerns as a first time buyer (there were many), and was honest and trustworthy throughout the entire buying process. She was very consistent in her communications and helped me to understand the necessary steps to move forward in making an offer on a home. Sofi was a tough negotiator and brought down the asking price by just over 6%! In this market, anything below asking is a HUGE win! I could not be happier with my home purchase and the exceptional service and expertise from Sofi!
